The staff at United was wonderful! They responded to last minute change very well. They showed up time to setup and take down the tent. Again, they made last minute change to the dance floor and the aisle with such ease. Everyone loved the tent and the amount of time we were able to use it was perfect for the at home wedding. The did a good job of lighting, more than I expected.

I wanted to write you and let your company know that we really appreciate what you do for us. We made arrangement to rent linens with your company for our wedding reception. We had contracted another company to provide our frame tent because we thought that we were getting such a great deal. Well, after paying them for the tent rental, in full, we could not get in touch with that company. Once we were within a week of the wedding, we were about to freak out. I decided that morning I would call to ask if there was any way your company could squeeze us in. it was the middle of the summer and this reception occurring on a weekend, so I figured everything would be booked. Before the business was even listed to be open I received an email and phone call. I was delighted to find out that your company could squeeze us in and even offered to bring the tent and linens a couple of days early to make sure there would be no schedule conflicts. You did a fabulous job and rescued us from a total nightmare! Thanks for being a positive in a memory that will last us a lifetime.
